Cory Lea Decker, our Principal, brings over two and a half decades of hands-on experience. She holds a CIDA accredited Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Harrington College of Design in Chicago. Her journey in the field includes architectural studies across France, Germany, and Switzerland, which laid the groundwork for her role as a Technical Designer at Varenna/Poliform. There, she refined her expertise in Kitchen and Bath Design, which continues to inform our approach today.
